Coronavirus and Luna Live Scan Precautions
Although we no longer ask that out customers wear a mask, we will wear a mask during your appointment and are still taking extra precautions by wiping down all metal, plastic and glass surfaces after each Live Scan.
We are only taking mobile Live Scan appointments for groups of 10 or more medical scans, individual Live Scans are available at both my Oceanside offices. Mobile notary appointments are available through our sister business, Moonlight Mobile Notary.

Live Scan is an inkless, electronic means of capturing fingerprints in a digitized format to positively identify a person biometrically, confirming their unique identity for criminal background checks prior to employment, licensure, or certification. Live Scan is a state-run system administered by the California Department of Justice (DOJ).

As a FBI Channeler, we expedite FBI criminal background records for security clearances, visa and travel requirements, adoptions or other needs. You can get your FBI criminal history record (Identity History Summary Report) as a PDF in less than 24 hours. Printed reports via the U.S. Mail are delivered in about 5 to 10 days.

The process to roll all ten fingerprints usually takes just 10 to 15 minutes depending on the quality of your prints. We also offer the FD-258 ink hard cards required for some permits and applications.
